Jo netted twice for the Toffees and Leon Osman got the other as Wigan's own quest for European qualification took a severe hit.The result all but killed off the Latics' hopes of pipping Everton to sixth place with the Merseysiders stretching their advantage to 10 points with seven matches remaining.
